In 2010 I was hired as a server at my first craft cocktail and wine focused restaurant, a new concept opening up in Harvard Square. I was so excited that I went straight to the Boston Public Library and took out half a dozen books on cocktails and wine. It is that same enthusiasm and love of the hospitality space that I carry with me today. After years of doing one-off contract work by word of mouth I finally decided to make my skills more widely available to all.
